This is a truly pasture-raised chicken grown right here on our farm in Orlando. Beyond Organic. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just fresh air, sunshine, and a healthy buffet including bugs, seeds, weeds and worms that come with living outside every single day.

The taste is unlike anything you can find in the store. Our birds have a richness and depth of flavor that can only come from being raised the "old school" way.

Our birds belong to the Freedom Ranger breed - a hybrid of American and European heritage chicken breeds. They offer extraordinarily tender and delicious meat that comes from an active life spent entirely on pasture.

Nutritional benefits of pasture-raised chickens include a significantly higher amount of Vitamins A and D3, and healthy omega-3s than conventionally grown birds.

The whole chicken is simple to prepare. Just rub with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some lemon juice and your favorite herbs, and roast in the oven for approx. one hour! (Here's the full recipe). Or just throw it in the crock pot on top of some veggies and in 4-5 hours - voila!

You will wind up with multiple delicious meals, and the leftover parts are ideal for making rich bone broth or stock for soups.

Our chickens are processed with care at a local family-owned USDA inspected & certified facility. You will receive them frozen and vacuum sealed for safe storage up to 2 years.
