We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we sell perishable food products, we do not accept returns for food safety and quality reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer refunds.
Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@pasturebrothers.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and provide a full refund when appropriate.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@pasturebrothers.com if any items are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong items. We will make it right.
Processing Refunds Once we approve your refund request, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@pasturebrothers.com.
